Paul Caddy- University of Connecticut

Caddy is currently in his fifth season as Head Coach after spending 19 seasons at UConn as one of the top assistant coaches in the nation.

During his tenure, the Huskies have racked up 356 wins, averaging an impressive 18 wins per season. The Huskies have raised three national championship trophies with Caddy on the sidelines with back-to-back titles in 2013 and 2014, followed by a perfect 23-0 season in 2017.UConn has earned eight trips to the NCAA Final Four, captured 27 Big East Championships and produced 28 NFHCA First Team All-Americans during his stay in Storrs. Caddy has had 14 players take home Big East Defensive Player of the Year honors, and had a streak of six-straight seasons with a Husky landing the award from 2014-19.

Caddy earned BIG EAST Coaching Staff of the Year honors during his time as an assistant coach in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. He has extensive experience working with USA Field Hockey as a USA Field Hockey High Performance coach and has assisted with the U.S. U-16 and U-18 Women’s National Teams. He also served as an assistant for the senior roster during a 4 Nations Tour of New Zealand in 2013. Caddy was a selector for the 2004 U.S. Women’s National Indoor Hockey Team. He holds a U.S. Level III coaching certification, the top level nationally.

Belle Bressler- Yale University

Belle Bressler joined the Yale field hockey staff as an assistant coach in March of 2024.

Bressler played for Maryland from 2019 to 2022, earning Big Ten regular season championships in 2019 and 2022. The Terps made three NCAA Tournament appearances in her time there, advancing to the semifinals in 2021 and 2022. She was a two-time NFHCA National Academic Squad honoree and a two-time Academic All-Big Ten honoree. She earned a B.A. in marketing.

Bressler spent the 2023 season playing for UConn as a graduate student while earning her master’s degree in sports management. 

Bressler also has experience with USA Field Hockey, including a stint as a USA U-17 and U-19 national team member from 2016 to 2018. She was part of the USA team’s Uruguay tour in 2018 and was named to the USA’s Junior World Cup roster for 2022 in South Africa. 

Bressler is a native of Leesport, Pa., and graduated from Berks Catholic High School. She was a third team All-American in 2018.

Jack Gallucci- Columbia University

Jack Gallucci currently serves as the Assistant Coach at Columbia University, following a total of six seasons at Fairfield University.

He helped organize and present group training sessions for the Stags' coaching staff to assist with the development of tactical and technical skills for the student-athletes. As a member of the staff, he helped the Stags capture the 2017 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) and the 2019 Northeast Conference (NEC) title as well as earn a national ranking (No. 23) during his time as a student assistant. 

Gallucci also serves as the club director for the Competitive Edge Field Hockey Club, a role he has held since June of 2019. Gallucci creates and implements a curriculum for youth and high school athletes which prepares the players for play at the collegiate level and beyond. He plans and implements group training sessions which develop basic and elite level skills for all ages groups.

Gallucci has also spent time as a player in the USA Field Hockey program, playing with the U-19 and U-21 teams. He has played around the world as a member of the men's junior team, culminating with a bronze medal at the Junior Pan American Games, only the second medal in USA Field Hockey history. With the finish, the United States qualified for the Junior World Cup. He also played tournaments in Malaysia (Sultan of Johor Cup), Argentina, and Chile.

He played as a member of the USA Field Hockey Men's Developmental Team until 2022, a selection which came after his play at the Junior Pan American Games. The Developmental Team program serves as a feeder system to the U.S. Men's National Team.

Aubrey Mytych- Wagner University

Mytych is the current Head Head at Wagner University after a three-year playing career at Old Dominion. At Old Dominion, Mytych was a Dean’s List honoree, an NFHCA National Academic Squad member, a 2022 Big East Regular Season Champion and a 2023 Big East Champion.

During her time at ODU, Mytych appeared in 57 games for the Monarchs while logging five starts. The Wyoming, PA native netted 13 goals while dishing out three assists, highlighted by a two-goal performance against Quinnipiac.

Prior to her stint at Old Dominion, Mytych appeared in ten games, starting one, throughout two seasons at Penn State. 

Mytych took over a roster that is returned 18 student-athletes and finished as the Northeast Conference (NEC) runner-up a season ago. The Seahawks finished the 2024 season with a record of 12-7.

Hannah Tepper- Trinity College

Hannah Tepper enters her second season as the Assistant Coach at Trinity College following an outstanding playing career at Division II Assumption University. Tepper was a team captain for the Greyhounds and helped them to a Northeast-10 title, three NCAA Tournaments, and NCAA Final Four appearances in 2021 and 2022. She graduated from Assumption in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in biology and finished her playing career as a graduate student in Fall 2023. She has previously coached with the Warriors Field Hockey Club in Pennsylvania and at Nike camps in New England. 

Taylor Geisel- Mercyhurst University

Taylor Geisel serves as the Assistant Field Hockey Coach at Mercyhurst University. As a former player at Millersville University, she was a two-year starter and served as the team captain in her fifth year, earning All-PSAC Second Team honors. Academically, she excelled with a dual degree in International Studies and Philosophy, alongside a minor in Cultural Anthropology. Her academic accolades include membership in the Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Honor Society and the Lambda Alpha Anthropology Honor Society, as well as consistent recognition on the Dean's List and the NFHCA DII National Academic Squad.

Geisel's coaching journey began at Tigers Field Hockey Club, where she coached during the 2022-2023 season. Her tenure there highlighted her ability to guide and develop young athletes, showcasing her leadership and mentoring skills.

Taylor Geaglone- Kenyon College

Taylor Geaglone serves in her second season as Assistant Coach at Kenyon College. A 2022 graduate of NCAA Division II University of New Haven, Geaglone played within the Chargers midfield and defensive units. She logged 73 career starts and was a four-time Northeast-10 All-Conference honoree, as well as a four-time member of the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll. She was also named to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division II National Academic Squad three times and was team captain for three seasons.

In her final collegiate season of 2022, Geaglone was named to the NFHCA All-America Second Team and the Synapse Field Hockey All-America First Team. Additionally, she was voted the Northeast-10 Defensive Player of the Year. Although offense was not her focus, Geaglone finished with career numbers that included 10 goals, 13 assists, and 33 points.

In 2023, Geaglone earned her master’s degree in sports management from New Haven while working as an assistant director of event management for athletics at Yale University.

Madison Maguire- Harvard University

Madison Maguire serves in her third season as Assistant Coach at Harvard University. Throughout her first two seasons in Cambridge, Maguire has helped guide the Crimson to a 29-8 record and was a part of the 2023 Ivy regular season and tournament championship run. In 2023 the program won 11 straight games heading into the elite eight of the 2023 NCAA Tournament. 

She previously served as an assistant coach at Lafayette during the 2021 season, where she helped guide the Leopards to a 14-6 record and a spot in the Patriot League championship game.

Maguire is a 2020 graduate of the University of Maryland and brings international experience to the program as she was a member of the USA National Team in 2020-21.

As a student-athlete, Maguire earned a NFHCA All-American selection in 2019 and a pair of NFHCA All-Mid-Atlantic region selections. She had a team-high 34 points with 12 goals and 10 assists as a senior to help the Terrapins clinch the Big Ten regular-season title. Maryland reached the NCAA Tournament all four of Maguire's years, including two appearances in the National Championship.

Kiley Allen- Harvard University

Allen joined the Harvard field hockey coaching staff in July of 2024 as a new assistant coach. A native of Berwyn, Pennsylvania, Allen was a staple of the Crimson field hockey program as a student-athlete from 2018-22.

During her four-year career with the Crimson, Allen was a leader on and off the field. A team captain for the 2022 iteration of the Crimson, Allen logged 72 appearances in the midfield, starting in 67 matches. Across 2,801 minutes on the field, Allen provided 14 assists, scored three goals, and tallied 20 points. In 2019, Allen garnered All-Ivy League honorable mention status after scoring one goal and dishing out five assists in 17 appearances. Allen was also key part of a Crimson defense that led the nation in goals against average (0.44) in 2021.

A member of the class of 2023, Allen graduated from Harvard with a bachelor's degree in psychology. 

Mark Foster- Boston College

Mark Foster serves in his eighth season on the Eagles’ sideline as the Associate Head Coach.

Foster came to Boston College after two and a half years with one of the top club programs in the country, WC Eagles, based in Pottstown, Pa. With WC Eagles, Foster was part of the coaching staffs of five teams that won the USA National Club Championships: Under-14 (2015, 2016), Under-16 (2015, 2016) and Under-19 (2015).  

He also spent two seasons as a staff member with USA Field Hockey's National Indoor Team. In both positions, Foster did extensive work developing players' season-long fitness regimes and providing video analysis to the teams and players.

Before coming to the U.S., in 2014, Foster began his coaching career in England at his alma mater, Durham University. At Durham, he coached both the Women's Development and Performance teams.

At Durham, Foster captained the men's field hockey team, and was part of the squads that won the 2012 and 2014 Premier North division before advancing to the national tournament both seasons.

Foster has had major success on both the grassroots and international level and continues to aid in the development of the American field hockey pyramid.

Craig Haley- Stanford University

Haley serves in his first season as an assistant coach with the Stanford field hockey program.

Haley was a mainstay for the South African national team from 2009-14, scoring 10 goals over 30 appearances, and with the national indoor team from 2014-17, with five goals in 12 appearances. His playing career spanned five countries with stops in Germany, Australia, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom in addition to South Africa.

An experienced coach across multiple levels in South Africa, Haley worked with Fish Hoek Hockey Club from 2019-22, working with the men's first team and the boys U-19 team, while adding responsibilities in 2022 with the ladies' first team at Pinelands Hockey Club. He was the Director of Field Hockey at Fish Hoek, coordinating programs for 23 teams while building a hockey foundation at the primary school and high school. Haley also spent a year with the women's 50+ South African team, including a trip to the FIH Masters World Cup in Spain.

Haley holds Level II coaching qualifications from the International Hockey Federation (FIH) and the South African Hockey Association, and is a Level III coaching candidate from the FIH. He holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Cape Town.

Madison Skeie- Quinnipiac University

Madison Skeie serves in her second season as an assistant coach with the Quinnipiac University field hockey team.

Prior to joining the Bobcats, Skeie spent a season as an assistant coach for Monmouth. During her inaugural year the Hawks registered a 10-8 overall (5-1 conference) record to win the CAA Regular Season Championship. Skeie also helped coach Annick Van Lange to Third Team All-American status, Phileine Hazen to CAA Rookie of the Year honors, and a total of five student-athletes to the All-CAA team.

Skeie arrived in West Long Branch following a stint as an assistant at Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island. Following new head coach Lisa Lopes to JWU, Skeie handled the day-to-day operations of the field hockey program including practice planning, on field coaching, individual workouts, video analysis, travel and recruiting efforts for the Wildcats. Under new leadership, the Wildcats went from winning six games the previous campaign to 17. JWU boast having both the GNAC Defensive POY and Offensive POY, their first ever GNAC Championship, NCAA appearance, and first student -athlete in program history to earn National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) All-American honors.

Skeie has coached clinic and tournament teams for Cape Cod, Jersey Intensity and Surf and Sand field hockey clubs, guiding her teams through the recruiting process. As a player for Jersey Intensity field hockey club, Skeie won two club championships both indoor and outdoor. In 2020-2021 Skeie was the head middle school coach for The Lincoln School, Providence Rhode Island.

Skeie is a graduate of Providence College, earning a bachelor’s degree in Sports Broadcasting and Media. Skeie was a four-year member of the Providence College field hockey team and two-time Captain. The defender helped the Friars appear in four Big East tournaments. She was a three-time BIG EAST Academic All-Star selection and a two-time recipient of the program’s “Pride Is An All-The-Time-Thing Award”. Senior year, Madison was a nominee finalist for the prestigious Jane Thompson Athletic Award.

Lauren Zimmerman- Wesleyan University

Lauren Zimmerman returns to the field hockey staff at Wesleyan for her fourth season in 2024. The Connecticut native hails from Newtown and graduated from Newtown High School in 2017.

The 2023 season saw Wesleyan wrap up its most-successful season in well over a decade. The Cardinals were ranked as high as No. 16 nationally, garnering a national ranking for the first time since 2010. Wesleyan defeated No. 5 ranked Tufts, 2-1 in overtime in Medford, signaling the first time the Cardinals defeated a Top 5 ranked team on the road in team history. Wesleyan earned a spot in the NESCAC Tournament for the first time since 2013 and had a single-season team record three First Team All-NESCAC selections.

A four-year letterwinner for Bryant University in Rhode Island, Zimmerman played in 52 career games (29 starts) as a defensive midfielder for the Bulldogs. Zimmerman was a two-time Northeast Conference Academic Honor Roll honoree while she held an executive board role for the Student Athletic Advisory Committee in her undergrad years.

Zimmerman has spent the last four years as a coach for the HTC Field Hockey Club where she coached practices, games and tournament across multiple locations in Connecticut. During the summer of 2021, she coached for the All American Field Hockey Camp where coaches travel from across the country and work with high school teams to prepare for the season.

During her time as an undergrad at Bryant, Zimmerman was a volunteer physical therapy aide for Church Hill Physical Therapy where she assisted physical therapists with patient exercises and helped patients move throughout their individual exercises while teaching proper technique.

She graduated from Bryant with a bachelor’s degree in pre-health with a minor in psychology and human resource management.

Kelsi Lykens- Lehigh University

Lykens currently serves in her second season as the Lehigh field hockey head coach.

During her first year at the healm of the program, the Mountain Hawks recorded a record of 9-8 and 2-4 in Patriot League play. Lykens helped coach Julia Gatelein to All-Patriot League First Team honors while Lotte Smorenburg and Kiki Mes landed on the second team.

Lykens comes to Lehigh from the University of New Haven, where she built the program from the ground up from its inaugural season in 2017.

In six years at New Haven, Lykens oversaw the growth of a program that culminated in appearances in the Northeast-10 playoffs in both the 2021 and 2022 seasons. The Chargers won 19 games over the last two seasons after winning just seven in their first three years of varsity competition.

In all, Lykens mentored 14 All-Conference players, seven NFHCA Senior All-Star Team selections, and two NFHCA All-Americans at New Haven.

Following the 2022 season, Lykens was also honored by her peers with the NFHCA’s first ever President's Award, which recognizes non-board members who demonstrate exceptional service to the NFHCA and their fellow coaches through committee service and other initiatives. 

At New Haven, Lykens’ student-athletes also achieved in the classroom. New Haven won the NFHCA National Academic Team Award in five straight seasons. Forty-three student athletes landed on the NFHCA National Academic Squad since 2018 including 14 Scholars of Distinction.

Prior to building the program at New Haven, Lykens spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Sacred Heart University. She began her college coaching career at her alma mater, West Chester University, where she helped lead the Golden Rams to a PSAC championship in 2014.

In addition to her collegiate experience, Lykens also coached for a local club field hockey team in Connecticut for the last four years as a U14, U16, and U19 coach. She has also attended various professional development opportunities such as the Women Coaches Academy in 2015, the Women’s Coaches Leadership Forum in 2015 and 2016, and the Women’s LeadHERship Symposium in 2018.

Lykens was a highly-decorated player at West Chester, earned back-to-back Division II first team All-America honors in 2012 and 2013. also named the Division II Field Hockey Athlete of the Year following her senior campaign and helped lead the Golden Rams to national titles in 2011 and 2012. Lykens was also named a field hockey nominee for the Division II Honda Sports Award. She finished her career at West Chester ranked first in the program’s Division II history with 29 career assists. Lykens also is ranked third in WCU’s Division II history in career goals (33) and ranked second in career points (95).

Keira Integlia- Albertus Magnus College

Keira Integlia enters her second season at the helm of the Albertus Magnus College field hockey program.

Integlia played two seasons of field hockey at Eastern Connecticut State University from 2018-2021. At ECSU, she started all 33 games during the 2018 and 2019 seasons, registered 160 total saves and recorded three full-match shutouts while at Eastern, ranking her fifth in program history. She was a two-time NFHCA National Academic Squad honoree. She earned a B.S. in Sport Management and a minor in Business Administration.

During her playing career at New Haven from 2021-22, she played in 38 games with 37 starts and helped guide the team to back-to-back Northeast-10 Conference Tournament semifinal appearances. She was named to the NE-10 All-Conference Third-Team in 2022 after finishing the season racking up a league-leading 139 saves and finished the year with a .755 save percentage. In 2021, Integlia finished her first season at New Haven with 135 saves over 20 games, including five games with double-figure saves.

Integlia is a native of Branford, CT. She holds a USA Field Hockey Level 1 Coaching Certification and coaches for HTC Field Hockey Club.
